Please read below important information regarding our policy and appointment guidelines
Our appointment policy includes the following rules: no extra guests are allowed during the appointment, phones must be put away, and hair must be pinned out of the face to ensure a smooth application process.
Additionally, we have a strict no call, no show policy. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will not be allowed to transfer their non-refundable deposits to a new time slot.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our appointment policy to ensure a positive experience for all of our clients.
Booking Policy: All or any bookings must be made through our official website www.LakieraEsthetics.com. No direct messages to book appointments are allowed unless a squeeze in appointment has been offered on any of our social media sites.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or rescheduling 48 hours prior to your appointment will have non refundable deposit transferred over to a new time and date within a 30 day booking grace period.
Lateness Policy: After your 10 minute Grace period of being late or running behind you will have to reschedule your appointment. Please be sure to call or text if you are running late so we can reschedule you for another day. Time is precious please set reminders in your phone,calender or journal of your appointment time and date to prevent this in the near future.
When it comes to privacy, we take it very seriously in the context of makeup. We want to assure you that we do not collect any personal data from your device.
All we do is keep information that is sent to us through email and other direct contact. Your privacy is important to us, and we strive to maintain the confidentiality of any information you share with us.
